Gulf Coast Modification provides extensive valve modifications, cleaning, coating, inspection and testing services. GCM is a leading provider of valve services  for the oil & gas, refining, chemical, petrochemical, power, pulp & paper and water treatment industries.

 

Realizing the need for a facility to handle the specific requirements of midstream valve modifications, Gulf Coast Modification began the construction of the facility in November of 2011. The facility is designed to meet the specific requirements for midstream ball, gate, and plug valves. The facility includes15 ton crane capacity, drive through load and unload, large bore pressure testing, machining, fabrication, and external coating. 

 

Commenting on the new facility Ryan Loving, President of Gulf Coast Modification stated “We are extremely proud to open our Midstream Services Facility, the first of its kind to have full scale machining, fabrication, pressure testing, non-destructive examination and external coating under one roof. This gives us the ability to control the quality and the delivery of all aspects of the valve modification process.”
